Dangote truck involves in a fatal accident in Hawan – Kibo – Jos road with truck registration number BSA214XA, and a Toyota Hiace bus marked BSA453XJ.
The accident, which occurred Tuesday evening, 28th of may, claims seven lives, while six persons severely injured.

An eyeyewitness, said that the the truck was on high speed when the brake failed and the driver lost control, crashing into the oncoming bus.The Federal Road safety Corps confirmed the incident.
Mr Andrew Bala, the Public Education Officer of the Plateau Command of FRSC said that the victims involved in the incident were all adults, 10 males & 3 females.
He commanded the timely response of FRSC personnel, who mobilised to the scene for rescue operations, adding that the injured were moved for immediate medical attention while the bodies of those that died were deposited at the mortuary.
He said, “The injured are presenly receiving treatment at Salama hospital, Gidan-Waya, while the bodies of those who died were deposited at the motuary of General Hospital, Kafachan, all in Kaduna State”.
He advised motorists to ensure their vehicles are in good condition before driving on highways
